The photographer did lose at poker I am sure !
A .22 bullet goes through ten stretched elastic bands,
micro seconds before they lose their elasticity.
An arrow is shot through a balloon filled with water
for want of a better thing to do !

Another balloon filled with water is captured by high speed photography,
as it explodes under water.
The pressure is equal 360 degrees around the exploding balloon.

And another .22cal pellet is fired, this time it goes through a water filled balloon suspended on a string. Note that the rubber of the balloon stretches to its extremities before totally penetrating the material. |
