...continued from page 4 Here is a collection of some more unbelievable pavement/sidewalk chalk & pastel paintings, this time by two German artists Manfred Stader & Edgar Müller Die StrassenMaler
Julian Beever from my first street art page linked here, has some stiff competition by the looks of it, as all of these works are excellent and up to the same caliber as his.
The clarity and sharpness of these drawings are fantastic, again its a pity that the first or second rainfall destroys them and the only record we can share is via photographs.
Below left an entire city scene has even been created complete with helicopter! whisking away commuters, no doubt late for work ! A lot of these works are massive and must have taken all day to complete and got through quite a few boxes of chalk.
